Solution

A voice AI agent callers talk to naturally, over the phone, with no indication they're navigating a phone tree. Alexis collects and verifies the caller's name, email, and phone number, routes the call by reason (new policy, existing policy, claim, or other), books callback appointments around specific time preferences, and handles common objections naturally (e.g. "I'm already with State Farm"). She stays within compliance boundaries at all times - she never quotes rates or gives coverage advice - and closes every call with a warm recap and re-engagement hook.
